The object of this study concerns the creation of a theme park linked to water, in which there are a therapeutic SPA, an hotel, a Waterpark with recreational activities, as well as cultural activities, information and catering. The project is part of a complex program, which involves the construction of an intervention of great interest for the town of Galda De Jos and for the entire Alba Julia region, combining the realization of this master plan project to the construction of a Green Village, a Didactic Farm and Social Housing, in order to enhance a territory, both from an economic, employment and social point of view, and under the banner of environmental sustainability.
